I contacted the office for a residential request. They promptly answered my call and answered all my questions. I had purchased novelty keys online as a gift and was finding many locations would only use their own keys when duplicating. Updating our review from yesterday. After hearing about our situation Brian, the GM of the TFL Boston, was able to schedule a technician for today, Tuesday. Mark, Tech with TFL, arrived this morning and did a great job replacing the striker and making sure the new striker fit in properly. Everything is back in working order! Thank you Brian and Mark!A bit concerned. We were referred to Flying Locksmith for our access control system for a 38 unit residential building. Flying Locksmith presented a proposal and though a bit expensive, Flying Locksmith represented that they had the technical expertise and ability to install and service the system being installed. Needless to say a short 6 weeks later the system stopped working preventing the main door to the property from locking. We called Flying Locksmith and even agreed to pay emergency service rates. Flying Locksmith then called back and said that because it is a FOB system they cannot just send a locksmith so we would have to wait 4 days. Argh! Flying Locksmith might be great at just simple keys and simple door locks but not sure about their ability to handle more modern door locking systems.

The Flying Locksmiths Boston has been installing confidence around the Greater Boston area for over 75 years!

We, The Flying Locksmiths Boston pride ourselves on efficient response time, a friendly demeanor and a commitment to quality workmanship – with unparalleled customer service. Our office has recently moved to Quincy, MA after 7 years in Braintree and almost 40 years in our beloved town of Randolph, MA. While we will miss our friends and neighbors in Braintree and Randolph, our teams servicing Boston needed some additional space. We are excited about the changes and look forward to continuing to offer the same speedy services, just a few minutes from our original location.

Throughout the years, the Boston location has grown from a few vans, to over (8) fully outfitted service vehicles, that service from Burlington, down to Rhode Island, over to Worcester and everywhere in between. Our internal team has grown, with professionals dedicated to getting estimates and invoices out quickly and accurately. The Boston team felt it was just as important, for the backend of our operation to be as speedy and timely as the front end.
