I had the pleasure of having Dylan come out to the house to install a new door handle and deadbolt lock on my front door. I attempted to do this myself but the type of handle that needed to be replaced did not fit on the existing holes. Dylan not only did the job but provided options and solutions before and during the job. He suggested solutions that he would have made if it was his house. Not only was Dylan awesome but all the folks like Karen and Brandon that I spoke with on the phone were friendly and helpful. I would definitely call them again.

He was professional, friendly, clearly knew what he was doing, and swept up after drilling for the deadbolts. I had purchased the hardware myself, so he rekeyed all 6 locks to one key, and made me 5 copies of that key using equipment he had in his van. It was great that I didn’t have to go somewhere to have copies made myself! I’m very happy with the work, and happily recommend him.
