1. What areas do The Flying Locksmith Service?
Here at the Flying Locksmith we service all of Boston and the surrounding areas. These areas include Boston, South Boston, East Boston, Easton, W. Bridgewater, E. Bridgewater, Brockton, Newton, Everett, Quincy, Cambridge, Somerville, Milton, Brookline, Watertown, Burlington, Wellesley, Westwood, Bedford, Stoneham, Revere, Malden, Dedham, Weymouth, Stoughton, Braintree, Medford, Needham, Whotman, Norwell, Melrose, Hingham, Norwood, Sharon, Hanover, Canton, Rockland, Waltham, Woburn, and Randolph. Just to name a few! If you need us we are there for you regardless of location.
2. Can we make ONE key work ALL the locks on your home or business?
Yes and No. In order to do so, ALL of your locks have to be made by the same manufacturer. If you have different brands of locks than chances are you will either need new locks or have to use multiple keys.
3. If you are locked out of your home, business or car, how long will you have to wait?
Here at the Flying Locksmith we have AT LEAST five service vehicles on the road at any given time, so chances are that you will not have to wait long. But traffic, weather and acts of God DO effect us, but we know you are in a time sensitive situation and we make it a priority.
4. Will pricing change after the job is complete?
No! The only way the price on your bill will be different then the one you are quoted over the phone is if there were un-forseen problems during the job. You may need new parts or have additional work to be done, but our rates will always stay the same.
5. Do we subcontract out work?
Absolutely not! We guarantee that if you call us here at The Flying Locksmith, you will receive an actual employee. You can visit our Meet the Staff page and see the locksmith that is actually coming to help you.
6. Are our Locksmiths certified bonded and insured?
Yes, Yes, and Yes. All of our technicians are certified through the Associated Locksmiths of America. So you can relax and expect professional service.
7. Does the Flying Locksmith offer Emergency service 24 Hours a day?
We have a Locksmith on call all day. So no matter what time of the day you need us, we are available. Just Call!
8. If you are locked out, will we have to damage anything to get back in?
No, we use methods that will cause no visible harm to your doors or locks. Sometimes your lock may have to be drilled open, but it can be replaced and look just like new!
